I have been trained in Level one and two and also ‘Anatomy and Physiology for Healers.’ This involves a set of principles and hand positions on and off the body. It involved studying the human energy field and human energetic unseen anatomy. This touch via energy influences the energy systems, thus affecting in a positive way the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the person receiving the Healing Touch Therapy. The goal of this modality is to restore harmony and balance in the energy system to help the person to self-heal.

Spirit animals appearing with gifts and messages, spiritual masters making themselves known and guiding the session, sometimes it is one specific one such as Merlin, Quan Yin or Mother Mary to name a few, sometimes the client is graced with many helpers in a row. Also, the presence of deceased loved ones and personal guides.

In these sessions, I may be guided to use cards, crystals, sounds, vibrational essences such as flower or shell essences.

As I have been trained in Reiki, both level one and two, I may feel drawn to charge up my Reiki hands. Reiki means 'Rei' (sun) and 'ki' (energy) - sun energy. I have been initiated with Reiki symbols in both levels, which allows me to be tuned into the particular and specific Reiki energy which I pass on via my hands on the body of the person receiving the energy. It was brought into being by a being called Usui Shiki Ryoho through many years studying ancient Tibetan and Sanskrit texts. He rediscovered cosmic forces that created life, which prevented energy drain and enabled self-healing.

Spiritual Counselling can be included in the session, particularly during a healing treatment. Guided information helps to unravel the issues you have brought with you. It can be a very important step to have this chat with you to help get the ball rolling, so to speak, allowing clients to make revelations and connections and to see what really needs to be worked on. Clients can find this hugely helpful. This can be a 5-minute process or a 30-minute process or longer depending on the relevance and need.
